Any bookmaker that has received the title of “Asian Operator of the Year” twice, and is selected as a sponsor by the club that holds the distinction of being the favorite of none other than Her Majesty the Queen of England, is worthy not only of respect but also of a close inspection for what it offers to achieve the above.
The first indication comes from the licenses from two regulatory bodies. One from the Philipines and one for the Isle of Man. A second indication is provided by the fact that it is poreferred by many European bettors over the more traditional brands of the industry available in the Old Continent.
Heavy Focus
The bookmaker specializes in 2 markets and a sport: Asian Handicap and Over/Under for football. That being said, it does not mean that other options are not available. In fact the pool of sports includes 37 options making it the greatest of the industry. Furthermore, punters can find so many different markets that it could be difficult to actually make a choice.
If there’s a cloud in an otherwise clear sky, it’s the fact that, for what it represents, it is offered only in English, Chinese, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Thai, excluding a most basic set of languages offered by the vast majority.
User experience
The first strong point is the safety provided for all financial transactions and the security of all personal information. It’s given by the 128 –bit encryption employed through the services of VeriSign.
The site itself is quite user friendly, stress-free to understand, while placing bets is as easy as pie. Those who want to use their smartphones have an app for all operating systems available to install. The live streaming option is quite complete for those that need to monitor the progress of an event in order to place their live bets.
As far as the issue that most punters are concerned about, the winning confirmations are immediate as are the payouts, while there are no country restrictions, making the access available to everyone.
More entertainment
Two types of casinos are available. The online type offers the traditional games of baccarat, blackjack, roulette, video keno and poker and some less traditional slots like Sic Bo. The live version includes the same games with live professional dealers. The most useful feature here is the “play for fun” mode where players can get acquainted with the games without actually risking money.
Sbobet might be an Asian bookmaker, however, this does not mean that they have lower standards than the competition. Quite the opposite actually. Perhaps some of the more traditional online establishments might want to check what this one has to offer and adjust accordingly. Overall, it is quite an interesting notion to open an account there.
