The Thumama Stadium (ملعب الثمامة in Arabic) is among the newest stadiums, inaugurated in 2021 during the Amir Cup. It will hold 40,000 spectators during the World Cup, a capacity that will be reduced to 20,000 afterwards. The schedule is for it to host 6 games from the group stage, 1 match for the Round of 16 and one for the Quarter Finals.
